Apart from the several positions that are available in the academic department, including the positions for Teachers in various departments, there are regular requirements for positions of Kindergarten teachers, Trainee teachers, coaches, and teachers in various extra-curricular segments, Pre-School etc. Then, there are opportunities in Administrative Department and Business Development that are listed.

The Charter is an educational hub where the learning requirements of students of all levels are fulfilled. This makes it essential that a methodology is in place for firmly shaping the progress of a student. Teaching at The Charter is an exercise that shapes the experience of students as well as the faculty. Therefore, following are the key-notes of teaching at Charter:

Primary Homeroom Teachers (TGT)
Vacancy in Grade 1 & 2
Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline with B.Ed
Minimum 2-3 years experience.
Maths & Science Teacher (TGT)
Will handle both subjects for 3rd, 4th & 5th Grades primarily and upto 8th Grade Bsc Math/Science with B.Ed
Minimum 3 years experience
Social Science Teacher (PGT)
Will handle 8th, 9th & 10th Grades primarily
MA in Social Science with B.Ed
Minimum 3 years experience
Exam Officer
Must be familiar with CBSE registration workings, UDISE, OASIS, SQAA & other CBSE related works.
Post graduation in any discipline with B.Ed
Minimum 3 years experience
Humanities-Entrepreneurship Teacher (PGT)
Should also be able to handle Business Studies and Accountancy subjects for Grade 11 & 12.
M.Com with B.Ed
Upto 5 years of relevant work experience preferred.
