At The Charter School, we strive to provide a fair and transparent fee policy. Please read the below terms regarding fee payments, refunds, and cancellations.
1. Admission fee is non-refundable even if the child doesn’t join the School after paying the same.
1. Students who are attending classes less than one month needs to pay 3 months tuition fee.
2. Students who are attending classes more than one month till first term needs to pay half of the annual tuition fee.
3. Students’ who are leaving the School in between a term will be charged that term’s fees.
In case of any duplicate or excess payment, parents can request a refund by writing to accounts@cochins.org. The refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.
Refunds, where applicable, shall be made through direct bank transfer to the remitter’s bank account.
